Terms of Services
Denise Mazan Feng Shui provides Classical Flying Stars Feng Shui consultations and assessments for residential, commercial, and renovation projects. Services are tailored to each individual property, layout, timing cycles, and the goals discussed throughout the consultation process.

Services may include:
• Initial consultation and virtual or in-person walk-through
• Creation of a personalized Feng Shui assessment and action plan
• Follow-up review of recommendations and implementation guidance
• Additional follow-up support approximately nine weeks after the assessment
Denise Mazan Feng Shui provides Classical Flying Stars Feng Shui consultations and assessments for residential, commercial, and renovation projects. Services are tailored to each individual property, layout, timing cycles, and the goals discussed throughout the consultation process.

Booking, Payment & Rescheduling
A signed agreement and payment are required to reserve consultation services and project dates.
For projects under $3,000, full payment is due prior to the initial consultation. For larger projects exceeding $3,000, clients may choose to divide payment into two installments, with 50% due upfront and the remaining balance due prior to the assessment review meeting.

Because each assessment is customized to the individual property and client, payments are nonrefundable once work has commenced. Work is considered commenced once the initial consultation has taken place and assessment preparation has begun.

Clients may cancel services prior to work commencing. Rescheduling requests will be accommodated whenever reasonably possible.
Assessment timelines vary depending on project size and scheduling availability. Most assessments are completed within approximately two to four weeks following the initial consultation.

Payments are currently accepted via Zelle, Venmo, ACH transfer, or wire transfer.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Feng Shui consultations and recommendations are intended to provide guidance and insight based on Classical Flying Stars Feng Shui principles. Recommendations are offered as supportive design and environmental considerations and are implemented at the client’s discretion.

Denise Mazan Feng Shui does not guarantee specific personal, financial, emotional, relationship, health, or business outcomes as a result of services provided. Because each person and property is unique, experiences and results may vary and may unfold gradually over time depending on personal circumstances, environmental factors, implementation, timing, and other conditions beyond the Consultant’s control.

Feng Shui services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial, architectural, engineering, or other licensed professional advice.
Clients are responsible for all decisions, purchases, modifications, and implementations made within their home or property.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Denise Mazan Feng Shui shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or implementation of Feng Shui recommendations.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate floor plans, property information, construction details, and other materials requested for the assessment process. Recommendations are based on the information the client provided in the Application and during the assessment. Delays in providing requested information may affect project timelines.
Follow-up Support
Follow-up support by email is included between the delivery of the assessment recommendations and the scheduled follow-up session approximately nine (9) weeks later. This support is intended for clarification and implementation questions related to the original assessment and recommendations.

Requests involving additional spaces, substantial design revisions, new assessments, or ongoing consultation beyond the follow-up period may require a separate consultation fee.

Virtual consultations may utilize note-taking or transcription tools to assist with documentation and preparation of client recommendations. Any recordings, summaries, or transcripts are intended solely for internal business use and client support.
Scheduling & Circumstances Beyond Control
Denise Mazan Feng Shui reserves the right to reschedule services, consultations, or delivery timelines due to illness, travel disruptions, emergencies, severe weather, technology failures, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule services in a timely manner.
Intellectual Property
All assessment materials, reports, diagrams, charts, worksheets, recommendations, and written content provided by Denise Mazan Feng Shui remain the intellectual property of Denise Mazan Feng Shui and are intended solely for the client’s personal use.

Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, shared publicly, modified, taught, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Denise Mazan Feng Shui respects the privacy and confidentiality of all clients and their homes. Client information, floor plans, photographs, discussions, and assessment details will not be shared publicly without permission.

From time to time, Denise Mazan Feng Shui may reference general project experiences, anonymous case studies, or non-identifying before-and-after transformations for educational, marketing, or portfolio purposes. No personal details, addresses, or identifying information will be disclosed without prior consent.
